PRE-ARRANGEMENTS
Isn’t it strange that we plan for most of life’s milestones…a home, a vehicle, retirement, but we avoid planning for our own funeral services. For most of us, the funeral is the most expensive unplanned expenditure we make. Sometime, someplace we must all face the inevitability of death and planning in advance for our funeral has many advantages.

Ease the family’s stress…
Planning ahead may seem like a difficult topic to discuss, but imagine how difficult it will be for your loved ones at the time of need. Pre-planning will save your family some of the stress they will be feeling and will allow them more time to share memories and celebrate your life, instead of spending countless emotion-filled hours planning for services, merchandise, cemeteries and more.

Have it your way…
When you pre-plan, you will have peace of mind knowing your wishes are being carried out. This way your family and loved ones are not burdened with difficult choices and unnecessary expenses. One of the normal feelings associated with death is guilt. Bereaved persons often feel that they should have been nicer to the deceased. Because of a tendency to overspend in order to wash away some of the guilt, no major financial commitment should be made at such a time. Pre-planning is a great gift of love.

Funding at today’s prices…

Pre-payment is not required when making pre-arrangements, however there certainly are benefits to pre-payment. It is estimated that funeral costs double every 10 years. By planning and funding now, you can help protect yourself and your loved ones from inflation. There are many options for funding so that the deceased savings and life insurance policies will be there for their family’s future, not funeral expenses.
